Thoughts from the BI Elite team:
Amazing report! I thoroughly enjoyed going through each tab in depth. Right off the bat, I loved the design. The sparklines on the right side feel very dynamic and I love the somewhat muted background images. There's so much great stuff going on on the main tab, but I think my favorite part is the Average Views per Day and Average Subscribers Gained per Day simple cards. They look great and Vinicius manages to fit them into a small space, but they also tell me a lot about my channel's performance in easy-to-understand cards. The "vs LY" calculations were a great touch, and I'll be frequenting back to them to gauge the channel performance.
The slicer panel is probably the cleanest I've ever seen. The report design is honestly perfect and I have no additional critiques! Very well done, and definitely deserving of a winning spot!

Thoughts from the BI Elite team:
Amazing design! I love this dark-mode report. Honestly, this report is perfect and there isn't much for me to critique so I'm just going to share all of my thoughts. The navigation is clean and easy to understand. I really like that Jacob removed all data labels, specifically from the donut charts. This makes it easier to understand at first glance, though the user can still dig in by hovering over the visuals if desired.
Jacob uses a built-in slicer in the top-right, though a chiclet slicer might work nicely as well. As some will know, you can't edit the color of the highlighted selection with the built-in slicer, so the chiclet might help match the color scheme that Jacob has worked so hard to perfect. In the Traffic Source visual, I might elect to group the smaller divisions into an "Other" group and then allow the user to drill down if desired. This is even more important if the dataset continues to grow and new categories are added.
The "Like Monthly Comparison" visual was very insightful! I would love a variation that allows the user to select a month/year combo, but I'm unsure how to best present this. Overall, this report is stunning, informative, and easy on the eyes. Jacob really outdid himself with this one.

Thoughts from the BI Elite team:
Awesome! The little gifs on the home page are a great touch! They make the report feel very dynamic, even from the launch page. For those who may be wondering how Alan achieved such wizardry, SPOILERS... he used a line chart. What an awesome hack!
The report itself is very insightful, which is important to a channel owner like myself. The high-level metrics across the top of the pages provide an easy-to-understand overview of the channel's performance, while the visuals allow the user to drill down deeper. I specifically love the dynamic top N with Others functionality on both the videos and countries bar charts! This is next-level stuff. I also like the Yearly Diff % visual as it provides a deeper understanding of the yearly view share, though I haven't wrapped my head around the numbers yet to make use out of it.
I also like the design style to add the line chart without axes labels across the entire bottom of the page, almost as an afterthought. It paints the sense of how well the channel is doing without explaining anything! Love it. Wonderful report-page tooltip on the Videos page.
Whoa, I just dug into the logic Alan employed to create the "Video Status" emoji bar. Nice. I couldn't believe that the visual was created using a matrix! That's an impressive workaround. Overall, great job on this report. It's visually pleasing, goes into deep analysis of the data, and has some really cool tricks to top it off!
